My Nature Films
Part Two involved trips to areas of natural beauty with workshops by local experts including Burren Beo, Moyhill Farm, Wild Kitchen, Happy Out Forest School and Senator Roisín Garvey. The young filmmakers decided together what role they wanted on set and what they were most interested in capturing about their experiences.

We also had a special screening for all the participants and the public at Glór Arts Centre as part of their Culture Night Programme 17th September 2021.
About
My Nature is a film project created by Alex Gill, Jacinta Sheerin and Maeve Stone, three filmmakers and artists interested in exploring the unique relationship of young people to their environment. The core of this project is to elevate the innate love and connection that children have to nature by allowing their voice full authorship over their contribution to the film, and to remind adults - through these perspectives - of how nature feels when we don’t separate ourselves from it.
